To submit a return request, please email us at email@example.com with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return request.
We have a 30 day return policey with exception 14 days on MX Gear, Helmets, Toolbox, Goggles and Sunglasses. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, minus the cost of shipping within 7 days.
Spelling Errors / Incorrect Address
SlayCo is not responsible for the customer's misspelling of names and/or numbers on custom graphic kits. SlayCo is not responsible for an incorrect address inputted by the customer. Optional insurance for lost or damaged goods by carrier is recommended
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded unless item is deemed defective.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Exchanges only apply to defective items or size changes of the same item within 30 days. If you need to exchange for a different size, Notify us by email of your exchange request at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item USPS (at your cost): to Slayco, PO Box 235950, Encinitas CA 92023-5950, United States. Also customer is responsible for the exchanged shipping charge
Slayco is not responsible for incorrect shipping address entered from customer when placing order, if customer enters an incorrect address customer is responsible for additional shipping charge to re-send order to correct address.
For INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING... All applicable Customs Fees, Taxes and Duties are the Sole Responsibility of the Customer. Customs Authorities require that we state the Value of the order Directly on your package. It is at the Sole Discretion of Customs Agents To Release your package. Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable. Please note, when shipping international it is the discretion of the customer to choose the proper shipping carrier and insurance (USPS First Class International does not track shipments out of the United States and could take up to 45 days). Once the package is in the hands of the customers shipping carrier it is no longer the responsibility of slayco. Once the package leaves the United States, it is up to the customer to contact their shipping carrier with their tracking number for updates on their package.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
